Hal's talents are in such high demand, he cannot take on more Telluride clients, that allows him to fly to Houston , Texas , every six weeks to trim, shape, color and share time with 68 women clients who grew to entrust the path his comb and scissors took while he owned and operated his salon Axis. Obviously, he loves to befriend his clients and readily admits that his life is centered around them and their needs. In the business for nearly three decades, Hal has witnessed the tress movement morph from the big hair to shaggy/ punkie/permie days. Today's look is very much the look of Telluride's women, which is largely natural. At $110 plus a cut, Hal's magic brings out the best in those seeking to look their best.
